Getting started

After the first installation is finished, create a new reseller account which you can use to log in to Surfly Dashboard. For instructions on how to create a reseller account, please refer to the Managing accounts section.

You can create new companies and invite agents via Surfly Dashboard or via REST API

Tip

It is recommended to have one reseller account on the server and create new clients (companies) via Dashboard interface or via REST API.

Note

Surfly on-premise installation does not include some of the functionality that is found on https://app.surfly.com website. For example videochat is disabled because it uses a 3rdparty service (not included in price). Please contact support@surfly.com for details
